Taipei District Procuratorate investigates the “three cases” and “bargain-hunting party property case”, on the 29th November for the first time in the “other cases” defendants summoned former Taiwan leaders Ma Ying-jeou, court hearing up to nearly 15 hours. The Kuomintang has questioned the suspicion of such “judicial settlement” of judicial investigation.

This letter is to former President of the Republic of China, Ma Ying-jeou, who had interrogation by Taipei District Procuratorate recently. The Alliance had sent out letters to current President Tsai Ing-wen in suggesting a fair and careful way to deal with this issue. Also to suggest Ma to make temporary leave if necessary.
