Proposed Special Economic Zone in Vladivostok of Russia

Recently, the Alliance has sent a proposal to President Putin of Russia, for establishing a special economic zone in Vladivostok, to further facilitate the economic growth of Russia.  Vladivostok is a city in Russia which is located at the head of the Golden Horn Bay, near Russia's borders with China and North Korea. It is the largest Russian port on the Pacific Ocean.

We believe the Alliance could have a good chance to get the management from the Russian government for establishing the special economic zone and other economic developments in Vladivostok. We have proposed to pay US$400 to the Russian government as rental for 400 years, for the development of Vladivostok.  The Alliance will allocate 15% of the net profit from all the economic activities of this special economic zone, of which 7.5% will go to the Russian government, and the other 7.5 % will go to charities in Russia and the underprivileged in our cooperative countries, as well as for the promotion of world peace.

Similar to the proposal of the special economic zone in Crimea, the Alliance will act as a navigation channel to introduce investors from our network to Vladivostok for different types of economic projects and activities, such as the promotion of tourism, development of industrial parks and high technology centers, as well as a variety of investment activities.  We could recruit both skilled and unskilled labors to work there from all over the world, as the Alliance has good relations with governments of different countries.  The special economic zones in Crimea, Kuril Islands and Vladivostok will adopt the British laws in order to give confidence to the investors, which definitely will attract the wealthy investors from the Asia Pacific region in our well-established business network.

The targeted population growth of each of the aforementioned special economic zones could reach to 10 million people, totaling 30 million people all together in the three places.  These three areas will be designed as an ideal place - “the Utopia”, where people can enjoy a high quality of peaceful life and seek for various business opportunities, with attractive environment for investment and financing activities.  We will invite renowned political and business leaders, talented professionals, and investors from different parts of the world to join us in the large-scale economic development projects of these special zones. As we are developing close working partnership with Russia on the development projects, ideally we believe there would be a possibility to establish the proposed “Nation of Peace” on these special economic zones, where ideally the citizens could enjoy free visa entry to most of the countries in the world, including Russia, the U.S. and other European countries.

We are keeping further communication with the Russian government on these proposed economic development projects. We believe President Putin would agree with and support these proposals, and this would be a win-win for all parties concerned and could help further enhance the economy of Russia.
